We offer premium account subscriptions that may include enhanced features and services. If you are dissatisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Full Refund: If a refund is requested within 30 days of the initial purchase, we will issue a full refund.

  • Prorated Refund: If a refund is requested after 30 days of the initial purchase, we will issue a prorated refund based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

1.2 Service Fees

Service fees for specific features or premium services are non-refundable.

2. Returns Policy

IT People Finder is a platform for connecting IT professionals and does not involve physical goods that can be returned. Therefore, our services are not eligible for returns.
